The accommodation, oh my goodness, it was absolutely stunning and peaceful! Nestled in the breathtaking Wadi, it's a hidden gem that's totally worth the journey. Driving with a 4WD is recommended, but everyone does it. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with crisp and new bed sheets and towels that made for a comfortable stay. The location is like a retreat, surrounded by picturesque wadis just a stone's throw away. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had detailed directions to reach the resort. And let me tell you, the natural beauty of the area, with its stunning lake for a refreshing swim and incredible hiking trails, is simply mind-blowing. The owner, Shihab, was a delightful host, readily engaging in conversation and even treating us to authentic Omani coffee and homemade bread. With no internet or alcohol, it truly allows you to disconnect and find peace within yourself. Definitely a place to unwind and relax.

Climate control, a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment in my a double room were useful during the stay during our road trip in Oman. Location: the hotel was so close to a valley with a view on the wadi to swim in on the other side of the dirt road and the lake and Mountain.

We booked a double room which had climate control, a fridge, and coffee and tea making equipment. We greatly enjoyed the views over the garden. The hotel has a remote setting in a valley with a view of the wadi to swim in on the other side of the dirt road.

The place is amazing and the valley more authentic. The owner cares a lot about guests, he receives you in person, keeps checking if everything is fine and also shares detailed information prior to the arrival. The dinner is not included but is delicious. We had a great stay and managed to enjoy and relax a lot. The peaceful and magnificent environment of the wadis in Oman was a wonderful experience for our family.
Felt happy, no complaints at all.

A lot of goodies for breakfast. Well-equipped and fairly quiet rooms with AC, comfortable bed and bathroom. Superfriendly personnel. Incredible, marvelous location in Firq, close enough to Wadi Al Arbeieen, a lake, and a valley with a view of the wadi to swim in on the other side of the dirt road.

The value for money at this resort was exceptional, with clean and modern rooms equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay, with stunning views of the wadi and mountains. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even giving us a tour of the village and nearby waterfall.
Hotel breakfast could be improved by offering more sustainable options and reducing the use of plastic tableware, which created unnecessary waste.
